After completing this module, you should be able to:

  1. Interpret liver blood tests and discuss non-invasive markers including liver ultrasound and FibroScan.
  2. Recognise the signs and symptoms of liver disease.
  3. Undertake medication reviews in patients with liver disease.
  4. Recognise when and where to refer patients with signs and symptoms of liver disease.
  5. Offer appropriate lifestyle advice and signposting.
